We sleep a maximum of 10 guests. Of these guests, there can only be a maximum of 6 adults. The house is designed for families, rather than adult gatherings.

Walkerville North beach is a 25-minute walk through the gorgeous Cape Liptrap National Park. It’s downhill to the beach and uphill back to the house. In the car, it’ll only take you 3-minutes to drive.

Walkerville South beach is around a 10-minute drive. You can also access Walkerville South from Walkerville North during low-tide.

The parking at Walkerville North is more plentiful and access is via a fully-sealed road, whereas South is via a dirt road.

The Walkerville Kiosk is located here. It’s only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and during school holidays. Hours do vary, so please check their Facebook site for the latest updates.

Apart from that, the closest supermarket is in Tarwin Lower, about 18-minutes away by car. There’s also a cafe, pub, petrol station, post office and hardware store.

Yes, we charge a $300 fully-refundable security bond. This is charged to your credit card on the day of check-in and then refunded the day after check-out, as long as the house is left undamaged and in a tidy state.

We hire linen at an additional cost. King beds and two towels are $40 per bed. Single beds and one towel are $30 per bed.

If you hire linen, we also include face washers and bath mats.

We have a flexible change of mind refund policy. If you cancel more than 30-days from your check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel up to 7-days of your check-in date, you’ll be refunded 50% of your stay, and in cases where we can re-book your dates, we’ll give you a full refund.

Cancelling less than 7-days before check-in will only have the cleaning fee refunded.

Yes, there are four motion-detecting cameras located at the external entrances to the property.

Inside the property are two Minut noise detectors, which alert us if there are extremely loud noises inside the house. These don’t record anything other than the decibel levels of noise inside the house.

No. To allow people with allergies to stay, we’ve chosen to not allow pets of any kind in the house, or on the property grounds. If pets are detected, immediate eviction will apply, without refund.

Not inside the house. Limit smoking/vaping to outside the house, well away from any entrances, and please, put your butts in the bin. Let’s all do our bit to keep Walkerville beautiful.
