Terms and Conditions
- This offer is valid for the above dates only
- Cleaning fee and linen hire is included in the price
- $300 refundable security bond payable (refunded 3 days after your check-out date if house left undamaged)
- Maximum 10 guests (of which a maximum of 6 adults allowable)
- 50% deposit payable to secure booking, then remainder 7-days prior to check-in
- Full refund available if cancelled at least 7-days prior to check-in, otherwise, 50% of the booking will be forfeit
- No pets allowed
- No smoking or vaping indoors
